Corporate Restructuring, Bankruptcy and Creditor Rights
The corporate restructuring, bankruptcy and creditor rights group represents clients in a wide variety of insolvency-related problems, such as business reorganizations, liquidations, pre-bankruptcy consensual debt restructuring and out-of-court settlements.
