The Firm’s International Practice has provided the impetus for us to develop an experienced cross-border transaction team comprised of talented attorneys from the corporate, M&A, banking and finance, regulatory, real estate, tax and bankruptcy practice areas. The seamless interaction of this group facilitates our ability to enable clients to take advantage of the unique global investment opportunities afforded by the recent international economic slow-down. The team’s hands-on experience and resources, coupled with the Firm’s vast international network through its longstanding membership in (Lawyers Associated Worldwide (“LAW”), place the Firm in a unique position to assist clients--both domestic entities entering offshore markets and foreign entities entering US markets--seamlessly navigate diverse legal systems, market practices and cultures. Whether a targeted transaction involves the acquisition, disposition and/or financing of commercial, residential or mixed use real estate, a manufacturing, service, retail or financial institution in the United States or abroad, the Firm has the ability and know-how to “get the deal done” in a cost effective and time sensitive manner.
