Arthur Goldstein Partner

Arthur Goldstein has been a partner at Todtman, Nachamie, Spizz & Johns, P.C. since 1985 and a member of the Firm’s Corporate Restructuring and Creditors Rights Group. Mr. Goldstein’s practice focuses on the representation of a wide variety of corporate debtors, creditors and other parties in Chapter 11 restructuring and out-of-court workouts. Mr. Goldstein’s extensive experience representing Chapter 11 debtors includes all aspects of a successful reorganization, including negotiation and implementing debtor-in-possession financing and cash collateral agreements and confirmation of Chapter 11 reorganization plans. Mr. Goldstein is experienced in out-of-court restructuring procedures, prosecuting and defending asset recovery and avoidance litigation, claims litigation, executory contract and unexpired lease litigation and Rule 2004 investigations. In addition, Mr. Goldstein has extensive experience in the areas of commercial and corporate law. He has been repeatedly listed as A.V. Peer Review Rated in Martindale-Hubbell by his peers.
