Bruce Lederman Partner

Mr. Lederman is a Partner in the Firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group and has been named Chairman of the Group.

Mr. Lederman has been engaged in active litigation practice in New York State and Federal Courts and before administrative agencies for almost 30 years. He has tried matters before arbitrators, judges and juries involving commercial, real estate, personal injury and discrimination issues. He has attained the 3 largest jury verdicts in the State of New York in matters relating to wrongful evictions and infliction of emotional harm. Mr. Lederman’s practice includes all facets of his cases, including trials and appeals.
