Barton Nachamie Partner

Mr. Nachamie is Co-Chairman of the Firm’s Corporate Restructuring, Bankruptcy and Creditors Rights Group and has, for over 40 years, specialized in representing clients in workouts, insolvency and restructuring proceedings, cross border insolvency issues and the acquisitions of financially distressed companies throughout the United States. Mr. Nachamie has lectured widely on the subject of debtor and creditor rights before trade and industry groups and Bar associations both in the United States and Europe. He has received recognition for his specialty by being named one of the “Super Lawyers” in the Metro New York area and has received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
