Felipe Montejo Counsel

Mr. Montejo is a member of the firm’s corporate and securities practice group. He advises domestic and international clients in a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private offerings of debt and equity securities, corporate governance, licensing agreements, distribution agreements, among others. Mr. Montejo has represented clients in the media, fashion, technology, apparel, pharmaceutical and other industries, as well as investment banks, broker-dealers and private investors in corporate finance transactions. He also has significant experience in cross-border transactions with a focus on Latin America and Europe, and has assisted many foreign clients in establishing a business presence in the U.S.
