Martin Todtman Partner

Mr. Todtman, the managing partner of the firm, and head of the corporate and tax departments, has 30 years of experience in corporate and tax law. Mr. Todtman has successfully represented numerous clients involved in mergers and acquisitions. He was also instrumental in the formation of Lawyers Associated Worldwide which has current membership of approximately 100 law firms all over the world. He was on the Executive Committee and was president for four years and served as past president on the Executive Committee for four years.
