Mr. Cohen is a partner of the Firm’s Real Estate Department representing clients in various real estate transactions including gratuitous and arms-length transfers, multi-level secured and unsecured financing arrangements, commercial and residential real estate development, commercial real estate leasing and condominium and cooperative offering plan preparation.
