Roger K. Marion Counsel

Roger Marion is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Department representing clients in claims involving intellectual property, contracts, joint ventures, mergers, trade secrets, restrictive covenant and non-competition agreements, fraudulent transfers, real estate, debt collection, employment, business dissolution, construction, commercial fraud, tortious interference with business opportunity, civil claims under the Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), foreclosure defense, defamation, libel, slander and restrictive covenants.
